Instructor Information

If you are an authorized instructor, there are two pieces of information we need from you once training is final: (1) a completed request form for I.D. cards & stickers, and (2) an Excel spreadsheet with the names and addresses of all students completing this course. These documents must be saved, completed, and emailed to gustafson@wipapercouncil.org.

Providing student information on an Excel spreadsheet greatly reduces response time to return the numbered ID cards to instructors for final distribution. If you are absolutely unable to provide student information in the recommended format, we do accept other formats.
